  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Using a large skillet, sauté garlic and vegetables in oil for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add cooked pasta and Italian seasoning to vegetables and gently combine with a large spoon or spatula.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta mixture, cover and cook for two more minutes.

  1. This has really good flavor but wasn't quite substantial enough to be the main meal for us. I left out the peas and chopped up a yellow squash from the garden instead. Nice flavor and texture and it was quite beautiful. Thanks!
     
  2. Great & easy dish. I made it as a side dish to go with chicken parmesan. I used whole wheat pasta & omitted the peas. I also used olive oil spray & used a little less italian seas & parmesan. A quick, flavorful dish that came together in no time! Thank u for sharing.
     
  3. I cooked this for my parents and boyfriend and the words "fabulous", "wonderful", and "delicious" were frequently used. I used garlic salt because it is much cheaper and less preparation and used extra virgin olive oil. I used ground pepper instead of italian seasoning on a whim. My dad and boyfriend added some cooked cubed ham and mushrooms for additional flavor. Absolutely wonderful recipe. Thank you for posting it!
