  • Cook and drain pasta, set aside.
  • In a skillet on low heat, saute in the oil and butter, the garlic, onions, and parsley about 8 minutes.
  • Season to taste.
  • Toss pasta with warm garlic mixture and serve warm with bread and a green salad.
  • Variations: You can also add chopped olives or bell peppers to the garlic mixture or any favorite chopped vegetables. Experiment, try any new pasta noodles too.
