Ingredients: 1 lb fresh rigatoni pasta; 2 cups pre-made marinara sauce; 1 cup pizza sauce; 2 garlic cloves; 1 teaspoon shallot, chopped; 1/2 cup chicken stock; 1 cup sun-dried tomato, sliced thin; 2 tablespoons sherry wine; 1/2 cup red wine; 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar; 1 tablespoon sugar; 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes; kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

ingredients

1 lb fresh rigatoni pasta
2 cups pre-made marinara sauce
1 cup pizza sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon shallot, chopped
¹⁄₂ cup chicken stock
1 cup sun-dried tomato, sliced thin
2 tablespoons sherry wine
¹⁄₂ cup red wine
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

directions

Cook pasta and drain.
Bring all other ingredients to a boil and then simmer and introduce cooked pasta and cook until warmed through.
