Directions

  1. Put enough olive oil in the bottom of the pan to cover it lightly.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Add garlic and let heat until lightly brown.
  4. Toss in pasta and veggies lightly to coat.
  5. Add sprite and let cook until reduced.
  6. Add tomato and toss lightly.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Sprinkle chopped basil over dish and serve with fresh parm cheese!
