Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, and green pepper in oil 4-5 minutes or until soft.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, salt, chili powder, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer for several minutes.
  5. Drain pasta when done and stir in sauce.
  6. Serve as is or you may add tofu or cottage cheese to make a lasagna dish.
