Pasta With Garlic Lemon Sauce

"Simple but tasty sauce, I made to accompany a mango shrimp I was having for dinner .. but would go great with chicken or white fish too :) Super easy and quick to make"

  • Boil water and begin cooking noodles as directed.
  • Melt butter in medium saucepan, add garlic and lemon zest, cook on medium heat stirring frequently to keep garlic from burning.
  • Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Take off heat while you strain pasta and return to pan.
  • Stir sauce while adding lemon juice, and half of parmesan cheese until incorporated.
  • Toss pasta with sauce, sprinkle remaining parmesan on pasta.
  • Enjoy :).
  • (I like mine with extra lemon, so I like to add an extra squeeze on top of the pasta on my plate).
