Directions

  1. Boil water and begin cooking noodles as directed.
  2. Melt butter in medium saucepan, add garlic and lemon zest, cook on medium heat stirring frequently to keep garlic from burning.
  3. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Take off heat while you strain pasta and return to pan.
  5. Stir sauce while adding lemon juice, and half of parmesan cheese until incorporated.
  6. Toss pasta with sauce, sprinkle remaining parmesan on pasta.
  7. Enjoy :).
  8. (I like mine with extra lemon, so I like to add an extra squeeze on top of the pasta on my plate).
