  1. Saute prosciutto over medium heat, stirring frequently until slightly crisp.
  2. Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
  3. Boil peas in salted water until just tender.
  4. Drain well and set aside.
  5. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  6. Drain well and return to pot.
  7. While pasta is cooking, place cream in sauce pan over medium-high heat.
  8. Bring to boil, then immediately reduce heat to simmer.
  9. Summer until slightly thick, about 5 minute.
  10. Pour warm cream over cooked pasta.
  11. Add prosciutto, peas and Parmesan cheese.
  12. Return to low heat and cook for just a few minutes, until sauce is thickened.
  13. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
