Directions

  1. In medium skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Add wine and half and half, simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add basil and simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Add cooked pasta. remove from heat,
  8. Add cheese and stir.
  9. Serve.
