  1. Mmm! My hubby has been requesting a vodka sauce dinner...and this def hit the spot! Very easy to make! I added a bit extra chili flakes and used spicy italian sausage. We loved the kick and it was a twist to the usual penne a la vodka! Thanks!

  2. Excellent, easy to make pasta sauce with a nice kick! Everyone enjoyed it very much and I'm making it again tonight for friends... I made it with Penne pasta, perfect!

  3. I've been looking for a creamy tomato sauce with a kick, and this is great. For a more pop, less fat approach, try thinly sliced very hot salami instead of sausage.

  4. Delicious! The kids (2 and 6) said it was too spicy, so next time I'd make for adults only. I didn't have cream, so I substituted fat free milk and about a tablespoon of flour. It was a little fattier than I like to eat, so I would like to try a low fat sausage or less oil, but my husband was in heaven!!

  5. I make this recipe all the time. It is easy and delicious. I sometimes sneak a little more vodka into the sauce, but otherwise make it as is.
