Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package dirctions but add in the broccoli he last 2-5 minutes of the cooking time. Drain.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 1 minute or until garlic is golden.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and cook stirring for another minute or so or until skin starts to blister.
  4. Add drained pasta and broccoli, salt and pepper and cook another 2 minutes, stirring.
  5. Transfer mixture to a large bowl, stir in cheeses.
