  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile heat frying pan, spay with oil.
  3. Cook onion, pine nuts and garlic until onion softens and pine nuts are golden.
  4. Toss through all the other ingredients except the cheese. Season to taste.
  5. Toss through the well drained pasta.
  6. Top with cheese and serve.
