ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
- 6 cups powdered sugar
directions
- Melt the butter, cream cheese and chocolate over low heat.
- Beat in the powdered sugar until very smooth.
- Pour into a 9x9 pan and cool.
- Cut in squares.

This is a very easy fudge to prepare. The cream cheese is very subtle and almost lends a milk chocolate flavor to the fudge. I used my wand blender to completely blend the melted cream cheese, with the chocolate and then beat in the powdered sugar one cup at a time using my stand mixer. This fudge has a pale chocolate color and will add variety on my goodie plate with my own deep chocolate fudge.
