  1. This makes a perfect gift to give to people for Christmas. I have had several people ask me for the recipe because it is so good. Instead of making the larger loaves I make 18 mini loaves by putting about 1/2 cup of batter in each and cooking it for 35 minutes. So easy to make too.

  2. This recipe is a favorite at my house. I added 2 heaping tbsp of Flaxseed meal and you don't even notice it. I would like to cut down on the oil - I put under a cup and it turned out fine. I also added more coffee to the glaze and man, is it good! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

  3. I have been making this recipe for about 5 years. I only add 2 cups of sugar, and still tastes amazing! Muffins or breads - perfect recipe always!!

  4. This recipe was really easy to make. I'm 12 and I made it. My mom took some to work and she came back and it was all gone. Since I'm 12 my mom made me not put any coffee in but it still tasted good. I ended up making close to 6 loaves over the holidays last year.

  5. I always make the recipe EXACTLY as written the first time. After that I may or may not make changes. This was perfection!
