If you're looking for a speedy, simple and family pleasing dinner dish, then look no further, because this is it!!
As I was using hot salsa, I left out the chillies, for fear of setting the children on fire....but despite this, it still had enough zing to keep DH and I happy ( and we do like a bit of zing!)....
Accompanied by a fresh garden salad, this was gobbled down by the entire family, with the children ( aged 7 and 9) swearing their allegiance to the burrito.
An absolute winner, that gets extra points in my book, for using basic store cupboard items to create something that my entire family loved me for!!
Made for AUZ/NZ SWAP#84
