- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, coat the carrots with the olive oil. Toss with the House Seasoning and place in a Roasting Pan. Roast until tender, approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss the carrots with butter and chopped parsley.

These little carrots were excellant! I made them for my Christmas dinner this year and they turned out great. The only thing that I added was 2 tablespoons of brown sugar because that is the way my husband likes his carrots. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly, and was very happy with it. Thank you!
