ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cans peas, drained
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1/2-3/4 cup Miracle Whip
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
directions
- Drain peas, chop eggs, add all ingredients to bowl and stir. Chill!

This was fantastic! Everybody loved it. especially the kids - my 13 year old son wouldn't let go of the bowl! I also reduced the number of eggs to four, and used frozen peas, but the rest stays! Thanks so much!! -
Take out the eggs and onions. Replace them with a diced apple and cheese. -
I followed the advice of an earlier review and reduced the number of hard-boiled eggs to four. This turned out to be a very good salad, service with recipe #336724 and we had a five star dinner. Thanks for sharing. Made and enjoyed for PAC, Spring 2009 -
My family makes a pea salad very similar to this one. The only big differences: we only use a couple of eggs and add either grated or small-cubed cheese. Yumminess! Too bad my husband doesn't like peas.
