ingredients
- 6 ounces spumanti, Astt, to taste
- 1 ounce peach schnapps, to taste
- frozen peaches, sliced
- ice
directions
- Add a few frozen peach slices and liquor to blender and puree. The mixture should be taking on a slushy type texture.
- Taste and add more liquor or peaches as needed. Add ice and continue to blend until a nice frozen texture is acquired. Pour into glasses and garnish with peaches.

I'm with Chef 1309809! After reading the reviews, I bought a large can of canned peaches, drained off the syrup, and froze them. They were perfect! For brunch, I made them as is with the canned peaches. For a hot afternoon chilling by the lake, I threw in some vodka. Can't miss with this one..... -
This drink was fresh and light and went well with the grilled chicken and veggies I served. I used white peaches and reserved some of the wine to pour over the slush since I wanted to retain some fizz. We'll be enjoying them all summer.

I had so many frozen peaches that I didn't need ice - and then I forgot to save a couple for garnish! Very tasty and refreshing! Made for SWT2019 -
