- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

directions
- Place your pre-made crepes in foil and if needed reheat in a 325-degree oven for about 10 minutes or until warmed.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until a sauce forms and peaches are tender but not mushy.
- While that is cooking in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, salt and butter. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and gradually stir in half and half. Cook for an additional minute, continuing to stir. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla.
- Assemble crepes: Lay first crepe across serving platter. Spoon ½ cup of peaches across the middle of the crepe. Roll in half and top with 3 tbsp of praline sauce, followed by whipped cream and pecan pieces. Repeat with remaining crepes and serve immediately.
