  1. Preheat oven to 350ˆ. Spray 13 x9 pan and line with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder and add alternately with sour cream. Pour batter into pan spreading evenly.
  6. Peel and slice peaches into bite size pieces. Toss with flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle over top of cake batter.
  8. Mix oatmeal and flour with sugar and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until it becomes the size of peas and stir in chopped nuts.
  9. Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 minutes.
  10. Cool cake thoroughly and dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.
