  1. This morning, I bought fresh oranges and peaches just to make this particular smoothie. I halved this recipe and made this this afternoon as part of our India's Republic Day celebrations at home, and even though it was ok, I felt that it left something desired. Then, I added in a scoop of vanilla ice cream(softened) and blended it again. DELICIOUS! Using fresh orange juice really makes a big difference for this. Also, this "HAS TO BE SERVED CHILLED TO REALLY BE ENJOYED BEST". You just have to try it and let me know:)

  2. I have to agree with Charishma, this is a pretty good smoothie but it does lack something. I used a thick skim milk from a local dairy and some peaches I picked over the summer and froze. I used a little more orange juice then was called for because I was trying to avoid adding the sugar. But I decided it definitely needed some perking up so I did add some splenda. I left out the ice cubes (I almost never put them in my smoothies, I really don't like them in there) but this had lovely texture. There was just something missing from the taste. But a nice breakfast none the less. Thanks!

  3. I made these for breakfast this morning and we thought they were so good. I followed the advice of the other reviewer and used fresh squeezed orange juice. I also used fresh peach slices that I froze. Turned out very slushy and not too sweet which is what I like. Thank you for posting this one.
