- 2 cups unsweetened frozen peaches
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 26 g vanilla whey protein powder (like Designer Whey, 1 scoop)
- 1 packet sugar-free lemonade powdered drink mix (quart)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

<p>I'm a stay-at home mom to two growing boys and 2 active Giant schnauzers. <br /> <br />My favorite things are reading, doing arts and crafts, eating, and genealogy.
