- 1 1⁄2 ounces vanilla Schnapps
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce light cream (or half-n-half)
- peach sorbet (1 scoop)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh peach
directions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass.
