I have been restless about the fact in knowing that I just plainly need to eat a healthier diet! Upon arriving here I have been looking at different sites to help me gain a little incentive since all I seem to enjoy is meat, eggs and the undeniable guilty feeling of devouring a moist fudge covered chocolate cake in the middle of the night and among several other, "harmful to your heart" desires. My passion is food food food! Here is a web site that I think you will find most interresting ChooseVeg.com. "farm to fridge"...a site everyone needs to see! My whole outlook on cooking is forever hindered by the horrifying abuse that people choose to turn away from because it is to hard to watch but the truth always hurts and in my case it is for the better!
