these were good but didn't seem too have enough of a peanut butter tatse to me, so next time I will add more. Also I have found that the better the quality of peanut butter the better the taste so I always use the best I can buy to insure a great taste. Some things you just can't skimp on. But all in all a good cookie.

I've been cooking since I was eight. My Dad taqught me. He said he'd married twice and had to teach both of them how to cook, and he wasn't putting some poor man through that.
All six of my children can cook. My oldest son made me home-made chicken enchiladas for Valentines Day one year. My youngest was so proud when he was finally able to operate the microwave with supervision and instruction from me. They're all good at fractions from doubling cookie recipes while baking with Mom!
I love to bake, but I also love to make complicated dinners. If you come to my house, expect to be fed. It's my way of showing that I care about people.
