Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese Spread
"This is so simple and delish! Two of my favorite things peanut butter and cream cheese! Just mix them together and that's it! You can add anything you want to, such as honey, chocolate syrup, or marshmallow cream. Source: internet

- 1 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky, choice is up to you)
- 1 cup cream cheese
directions
- Mix cream cheese and peanut butter together in a medium bowl with electric mixer, until smooth.
- Note: this keeps well in fridge for up to a week.

Made this for food day at work. I added some whipped topping to the mixture then pipped it into mini graham cracker and chocolate dessert Phyllo shells then topped them with shredded chocolate. Went over GREAT! Thanks -

Reviewed for my PAC baby! I can't believe I never thought of this before! The PB and cream cheese goes so well together! I used chunky PB and added sliced banana, then put it on multigrain bread for a tasty snack. We all enjoyed this - especially the kids but even DH who doesn't really care for peanut butter at all! Thanks again Di for another fab recipe! :) Forgot to say I also tried it with sloced red grapes & it was SO good!!!

Cooking is my passion, and I am slowly, but surely beginning to venture into the world of baking. To me, cooking is so much easier because baking is so much more exact.
I love to make Italian and Mexican food the best, followed by Chinese and last, but by far the least, good old American food! How can you beat chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy?? I love to find several recipes and put my own spin on them and create a new recipe.
