Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease layer pan 9X 1 1/2 inches.
  3. Mix baking mix& sugar.
  4. Cut in peanut butter.
  5. Mix in milk and egg.
  6. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
  7. Spread in pan
  8. Spoon jelly or jam onto batter and spread thinly
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown Serve warm.
