  1. Oven@ 350.
  2. Beat egg until fluffy.
  3. Beat in brown sugar.
  4. Add peanut butter, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Stir in flour, cinnamon, and apples by hand just until combined.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 13x9 which has been lined with greased aluminum foil.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
