Peanut Butter Balls

"Another great one to make with the kids. Get messy and have fun! This is great for kids over one year because there is no need for the hot oven or stovetop. We like to make this one for Christmas and share with loved ones. For more than just enough for a snack, be sure to at least double the recipe."

directions

  • Mix together peanut butter (creamy or crunchy both work), honey and powdered milk.
  • Roll into small balls and then roll them in the powdered sugar.
  • Place on a platter and serve. (I like to chill mine in the fridge for at least one hour to firm them up a bit).

  1. This should be half a star really. I think the recipe ingredients are mixed up some how. The dough was too dry to even form, and they tasted too much like dried milk. I had to switch mid stream to another peanut butter ball recipe to realize the ingredients were way off and fix it. Bummer.
