  1. Mix together peanut butter and powdered sugar in a mxing bowl until well combined. Roll into small balls. Put in freezer for about 30 mintues to harden a bit. Melt almond bark or your chocolate of choice in the microwave according the the package instructions. Dip the peanut butter balls in chocolate and set on a waxed cookie sheet. Put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set chocolate. Store in the refrigerator.
