Peanut Butter-Banana Blast

"This frosty drink is sooo good in the summertime. It also makes the perfect breakfast when you're short on time because it has fruit, protein, dairy...very healthy, and does a great job of keeping your tummy happy until lunch rolls around. Kids also love this. Recipe can easily be halved or doubled."

  1. This recipe to me no more than two minutes to make and was delicious! The constancy was thick yet smooth and I added a pinch of cinnamon for the perfect touch. It was a great dessert!

  3. This is such a hit at our house. We tried it a few weeks ago and now the kids drink it every few days. Needless to say we are going through lots of Peanut Butter and Bananas. I have also tried it with frozen bananas, whipping cream and soy milk and they all tasted wonderful. Thanks for a great quick, delicious and easy recipe.

  5. MMMM yummy. I live in the barracks on a Navy base and I'm limited to what cookware I can use. This recipe is perfect, not too many ingredients but it still tastes great. Thanks!

I am a single gal, living on my own; currently working as an Occupational Therapist & living in Cumberland, MD. (It is "God's Country" out here...beautiful!) I LOVE to cook and bake, and love anything that looks, tastes, smells, or even closely resembles a veggie. I LOVE moo-cows, and therefore, cannot bring myself to eat any part of the adorable critters (i.e. NO RED MEAT!!) I love the outdoors, and pride myself on being the master griller on the fire pit. My mother's side of the family is 100% Polish, so I have an inborn passion for cooking...unfortunately, along with that comes a love of eating, too!! But, hey..u only live once, so I say "EAT, DRINK, and BE MERRY!!!"
