  • 1 whole wheat pita bread (one ready to fill)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons granola cereal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

directions

  • spread peanut butter inside pita.
  • top with granola.
  • mash banana either in peel, or with a fork, add to pita.
  • top with honey if desired.
