- 1 tablespoon vanilla soy protein powder
- 1 tablespoon fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, dry
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup banana, frozen
directions
- Blend all ingredients together and serve. Will keep consistance if kept in a fridge for awhile, but best to make and drink.
