- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter, crunchy
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange peel, grated
directions
- cream butters and sugar
- add 1/2 dry ingredients
- add milk thats mixed with egg and lemon juice
- add other 1/2 dry ingreints
- bake at 350 for 1 hour.
