  1. Luckily I was watching this recipe as it was in the oven it was fully baked in 45 minutes. It came out alittle dry but maybe that is to be expected with peanut butter??!! I will try recipe one more time with maybe a little more milk and bake at 300 degrees.

  2. Mimi this was really good! Nice and moist but not as peanut buttery as I had hoped. Maybe it was my brand or maybe next time I will use chunky or add some chopped peanuts. Made a great toast with strawberry jam! TY kiddo!

  3. Easy to throw together, and comes out beautiful! It was a little too salty and not quite sweet enough for me, though. Still, it's definately worth tweaking! Thanks for sharing

  4. Sorry but this was really not good. My 7 yr old refused to finish her piece. It didn't taste of peanut butter and it didn't have much flavour of any kind. Also pretty crumbly. Will be throwing the rest of the loaf away.

  5. thanks! so easy, so tasty. i did add more salt and sugar, but it's because i used no added sugar peanut butter. i also baked it in muffin pans to reduce the baking time - done in 30 minutes.

Very busy nanny/au pair, working for a very rich and snooty family, in a very large home, in a very snooty village. Just in case my employer comes here, please don't ask where I am from, or I'll be sacked like the last nanny was. ;-) I take care of 4 gorgeous, and darling kids. 3 girls and a boy. The boy is the youngest (and my favorite). They are great children, very, very active. (Hyper) I love to cook. I guess that's a given, why else would I be here. Part of my job is also to prepare meals for the family. The more they like my food, the longer I get to stay. (just a little joke) On my day off, I usually go out to the cinema or some dance clubs with the other au pairs in this town. That's about it I think.
