Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 small banana, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 13 cup low-fat banana cream yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Grape-nuts cereal

Directions

  1. Place bana halves in small banana split dish or shallow bowl, with cut sides facing inward.
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly over open banana.
  3. Spoon yogurt in the middle.
  4. Top with cereal.
  5. Serve immediatley.
