Peanut Butter Brownie Bars

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
  • Spread into a greased 13x9 baking pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Sprinkle with peanut butter cups and peanuts, and bake 4-6 minutes longer, or until chocolate is melted.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
  • In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, butter, and salt.
  • Cook and stir until the chips are melted, and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in rice cereal, and vanilla extract.
  • Carefully spread over brownies.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.

Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
