Directions

  1. In a large bowl, with fork, lightly mix peanut butter, ground chuck, salt and pepper just until combined Divide into 5 burgers, about 1/2 cup for each one.
  2. Flatten gently.
  3. Arrange in large skillet, not overlapping.
  4. Cook over medium heat about 4 minutes to a side or until done to desired doneness.
  5. Serve in buttered buns.
