  1. Combine plain yellow cake mix, melted butter, creamy peanut butter, and eggs.
  2. Press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan, reserving 1-3/4 cups of the mixture to crumble on top.
  3. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla on low heat in a small pot.
  4. Spread chocolate mixture over the mixture pressed in the pan.
  5. Crumble the reserved cake mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 22 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
