3 ³⁄₄ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ¹⁄₂ cups butter, softened
³⁄₄ cup granulated sugar
¹⁄₂ cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped, melted and cooled
6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
¹⁄₂ cup chopped pecans
¹⁄₂ cup crunchy peanut butter
1 (300 g) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended.
Divide dough in half; place in separate bowls. Add melted chocolate to dough in one bowl; mix well. Stir in white chocolate and nuts. Add peanut butter to dough in second bowl; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Place 1 tsp of each flavour dough, side-by-side, on baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between doughs for each cookie.
Bake 8 to 10 min or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 3 minute Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
