  1. Beat 1st 3 ing. until creamy.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Beat in peanut butter.
  4. Mix dry ing. together.
  5. Stir flour mix into peanut butter mix with a spoon.
  6. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on shiny cookie sheet.
  7. Press with a fork.
  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven (middle shelf) for 12 minutes.
  9. Cool on rack.
  10. Store in sealed container.
