- 1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄3 cup milk
directions
- Blend P.B. and sugar in a bowl and slowly mix in milk until spreading thickness and smooth.

I had to tweak the recipe in order to have frosting for the cake. As written the icing is VERY thin from too much milk. I ended up adding more powdered sugar (almost doubling the amount) in order to have a semi thick frosting/ glaze for a chocolate cake. It tastes good though, so that's what counts in the end. I would recommend adding the milk 1 TBLS at a time rather than starting with the whole 1/3 cup.
