  2. Mix in vanilla and 2 Tablespoons milk.
  3. Slowly add powdered sugar, and with the mixer on medium beat until reaches desired consistency.
  4. Add more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, if needed.
  5. Beat until fluffy.
