Ingredients: 3 cups sugar; 1/4 cup butter; 1 cup evaporated milk; 1 pinch salt; 5 ounces marshmallow creme; 1 1/4 cups peanut butter (plain or crunchy)

ingredients

3 cups sugar
¹⁄₄ cup butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 pinch salt
5 ounces marshmallow creme
1 ¹⁄₄ cups peanut butter (plain or crunchy)

directions

Combine first four ingredients in heavy pot and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Stir for 9 minutes on a low boil and scrape sides of pot frequently. Remove from heat, dip bottom of pot in cold water for a few seconds then add peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Stir until marshmallow is incorporated and fudge is consistent color. Pour into 8x8 foiled, buttered pan. Cool before cutting.
