directions

  • For easy cutting and clean up, line your 8x8 or 9x9 pan with aluminum foil! (I actually used a meatloaf pan LOL).
  • Bring sugar and milk to a boil.
  • Boil 2 1/2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Set aside to cool. When the fudge is completely set, lift aluminum foil and cut into bite size pieces!

  1. I have made this a lot...it's great and super easy.. only thing ,I added about 2-3 TBS of Hershey Coco to the milk and sugar before cooking it you still have the peanut butter taste but also Chocolate... yummy.

  2. Wonderful recipe! I've made it three times now. (Didn't want to give a review until I messed it up at least once, which I knew I would, haha) So the only thing I would like to point out to anyone looking into making this delicious fudge, is that if you don't cook the sugar and milk long enough before mixing in the peanut butter and vanilla, the fudge will not set up. It will be absolutely terrible.. :P But other than me messing it up once, this turns out perfectly every time. I even doubled the recipe today when I made it. Perfect!

  3. This was so fast and easy and didn't include powdered sugar - an item I rarely have in my kitchen. Thus the best part of this recipe? I didn't have to put on pants and go to the store. It hasn't finished setting yet, but if what i licked off the spoon is an indication, I'll be having a good night.
