  1. In a 2 quart microwaveable bowl, combine corn syrup, peanut butter, and cream.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 minutes, until boiling.
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir till melted.
  4. Cool and store in fridge.
  5. Warm up to serve over ice cream.
