- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1⁄2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1⁄2 cup natural bran
- 3⁄4 cup Kashi Golean cereal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2⁄3 cup dried cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Toast oats in a dry pan over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pat down in bowl (for easier scooping), and then use an ice cream scoop to make even sized balls. With greased hands, lightly roll into firmer balls.
- Refrigerate to reduce stickiness and enjoy!
