  • Mix together rolled pats, bran, unsweetened coconut, chopped almonds, raisins, and wheat germ. Set aside.
  • Combine together molasses, vegetable oil, brown sugar and peanut butter in a 2 litre saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until dissolved. Stir constantly.
  • Combine the milk, vanilla and baking soda, and add to the molasses mixture. Stir for one more minute. Remove from heat. Pour molasses/milk mixture over granola mixture and stir untl dry ingredients are moist. Wet your hands, and press the mixture into a 15x10 inch pan.
  • Bake at 275F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool, cut into slices and store in the refrigerator. For best results, use Fancy molasses, "Lite Molasses" is not recommended.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
