  2. Add peanut butter; add eggs.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together.
  4. Add to creamed mixture; add milk, raisins and apples.
  5. Add peanut butter chips; mix.
  6. Drop from tablespoons onto greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
