  • Place peanuts on oven tray, bake at 180°C for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
  • Process peanuts and half the oil until as smooth as desired.
  • Add remaining oil if mixture is too dry.
  • Makes about 1 cup (250ml).
