ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk

- Beat all ingredients together well.

I think it is a great recipe, but personally I thought it tasted more like confectioners sugar and less like peanut butter... I ended up using more evaporated milk and peanut butter for my icing. -

Very good. I altered the recipe and added a little less sugar, more peanut butter, and more milk. It made a nice peanuty, creamy icing for cupcakes. -
I used chunky peanut butter and this still turned out great! I put it on a death by chocolate cake. Reeses doesnt have a prayer anymore when the men in my family want chocolate and peanut butter. Great fix! thanks -
this recipe was wonderful-- i used it to decorate Great Pumpkin Cookies, and the flavors complemented one another perfectly. can't wait to try this on some chocolate desserts!

Still in West Virginia but we've moved a few miles away, down to the county capitol. It's a compromise: bigger than our last town but smalelr than the "big city" of Cumberland MD, right up the road.
